Years of algae, mildew and rust work their way into a pool deck, and a garden hose won't touch it. We bring a commercial 4.2 GPM rig and a 24” rotary surface cleaner to lift it back out of the concrete, evenly and edge to edge, with no wand stripes. Pool decks are what we work on. Coping, steps, travertine and stamped concrete all take a different pressure, and we set the machine to the surface rather than running everything at full blast.

Pricing applies to concrete, paver, travertine, and stamped pool decks within the listed size ranges. Heavily stained, oil-soaked, or structurally damaged surfaces may require additional treatment priced after on-site inspection. Promo discount of 15% applies to bookings made by August 31, 2026, with service completed by September 30, 2026. Weekly maintenance clients receive an additional $25 off. Furniture deep clean is $9 per piece with a 6-piece minimum. Soft wash of pool houses and retaining walls is $0.32 per sq ft. Licensed and insured.
